I have been working with teenagers and their families for twenty years, supporting ambitious progress at secondary and university level.

As a former secondary school senior leader, I am practised in guiding students across their whole academic journey. My experience in teaching at secondary school and university means that I have an in-depth understanding of how to help students develop the dispositions which facilitate long-term success. 

I currently combine my freelance writing, coaching and consultancy work with a part-time teaching position in a Cambridge secondary school and a teaching and pastoral role at Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge.
