Professional Coaching – Katharine Radice

I am an ILM Level 7 senior and executive professional coach and a member of the Association of Coaching, specialising in transitions to new roles and return to work after parental leave.

I work with highly motivated, ambitious individuals who are looking to re-think their approach to a new role or phase in their career and gain clarity about how to thrive in the context of new challenges.

I also help working parents navigate the competing demands of work and family life, creating a space for parents to think through the complex decisions and emotions which often arise during the career-family juggle.
